2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, username, and authentication credentials when you create an account
• Content You Create: Text prompts, generated videos, images, audio files, and any customizations you make
• Content for Generation: Text prompts you submit for AI processing, uploaded images, audio, and video files, selected templates, metadata like video length, style preferences, voice selections, and generation parameters
• User Preferences: Language settings, voice preferences, video style choices, and app settings
• Survey Data: Responses to onboarding surveys and market research questionnaires

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Features used, videos generated, time spent in app, and interaction patterns
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
• Analytics: App performance, crash reports, and error logs via Firebase Analytics, PostHog, AppsFlyer, and Facebook SDK

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Services: Generate AI videos, voiceovers, images, and effects based on your prompts
• AI Content Generation: Send your prompts, uploaded media, and generation parameters to third-party AI service providers (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs, PiAPI) to create scripts, images, audio, videos, and music for you
• Process Payments: Handle subscriptions and token purchases through RevenueCat and Apple App Store
• Improve Our App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and user experience
• Customer Support: Respond to your questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance
• Communications: Send you app updates, new features, and service-related notifications
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party AI Services

IMPORTANT: To generate content for you, we share your prompts, uploaded media, and generation settings with third-party AI providers. Before using AIVidly's AI generation features, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for this data sharing.

4.1 Third-Party AI Service Providers

We share data with the following AI service providers to process your content generation requests:

• OpenAI: We send your text prompts to OpenAI to generate scripts, prompts, and text content. OpenAI may store logs and metadata as described in their privacy policy.
• Replicate: We send your prompts, uploaded images/videos, and generation parameters to Replicate to generate images and videos using models like Flux, Kling AI, Veo, Sora 2, and others. Replicate processes requests and may keep temporary logs for service operation.
• ElevenLabs: We send your scripts and text to ElevenLabs to generate AI voiceovers and audio narration. ElevenLabs processes your content and may retain data according to their privacy policy.
• PiAPI: We send your music prompts and preferences to PiAPI to generate background music and soundtracks for your videos. PiAPI may keep logs of generation requests.
• PiAPI: We send your uploaded videos and effect selections to PiAPI to apply video effects and animations. PiAPI processes your media to deliver the requested effects.

These AI providers may store logs and metadata of your requests to operate and improve their services. We do not control how long these providers retain such data. For details on their data handling practices, please review their respective privacy policies.

4.2 Other Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database, storage, and authentication services for your account and generated content
• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management (processes purchase data)
• Firebase Analytics: App usage analytics and crash reporting
• AppsFlyer: Mobile attribution and analytics
• PostHog: User behavior tracking and session replay
• Facebook SDK: Meta advertising signals (only when you explicitly enable this feature in Settings)

4.3 Your Control Over AI Data Sharing

You can manage your AI processing consent in the app Settings. If you disable AI content processing, AI generation features will be unavailable until you re-enable consent. You maintain full control over whether your content is sent to third-party AI providers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your generated content (videos, images, audio) is stored securely in Supabase cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication protocols
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Access controls and data isolation

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data through the app settings
• Correction: Update or correct your account information
• Data Portability: Export your created content
• Opt-Out: Disable analytics tracking and promotional notifications

7. Age Requirements and Children's Privacy

AIVidly is rated 9+ on the Apple App Store. The app is intended for users aged 9 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 9.

If you are under 9 years of age, you must not create an account or use AIVidly. If we discover that a user under 9 has provided personal information, we will delete that information and terminate the account promptly.

Parents and guardians: If you believe your child under 9 has created an account or provided information to AIVidly, please contact us immediately at contact@aivid.ly so we can remove the data and close the account.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
